The Kate Smerdon Room
Is licensed for 120 people seated at conference or dining tables and a clear area or stage; or 150 dancing with no tables; and licensed for 175 closely seated for public meetings or lectures.
The Kate Smerdon Room is fully accessible, and benefits from:

- Stage formed of six 8′ x 6′ sections available in multiple configurations
- Availability of catering facilities and full kitchen
- Availability of licensed full bar2
- WC and changing facilities, including a fully-accessible WC room
- Own separate external entrance doors and lobby areas
- Nearby convenience grocery store
- and if all that isn’t enough, we also have a disco ball.
- Subject to acceptance of the usage policy in the booking T&Cs.
- Bar staffing fee applies to events, bar not available on Sundays.
